TheraPrintz — Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

By completing a purchase on TheraPrintz, you acknowledge and agree that all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because every item is made to order and printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than those outlined below.

When TheraPrintz Will Take Responsibility

TheraPrintz will accept responsibility and work to resolve your order only in the following circumstances:

1. Item arrived damaged — Your order was delivered in a physically damaged condition (torn, broken, or unusable due to a defect in printing or production).

2. Wrong size received — You received a size different from what was selected at the time of purchase.

3. Item did not arrive — Your order has not been delivered and is confirmed lost in transit.

4. Significant delay — Your order has not arrived within one (1) month or more beyond the original estimated delivery date provided at checkout.

5. Item does not match description — The product you received materially differs from the description or product image shown on our website at the time of purchase.

How to Report an Issue

If your order qualifies under any of the conditions above, please contact us within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and/or packaging (where applicable)

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

What Is Not Covered

TheraPrintz is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Incorrect size, color, or product selected at checkout

• Delays caused by shipping carriers within the standard estimated window

• Delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Normal variation in color between screen display and printed product

TheraPrintz reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
