TheraPrintz — Shipping Policy

All orders placed on TheraPrintz are printed and fulfilled through Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. Because every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, please review the following shipping information before purchasing.

Production Time

All orders require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. This is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped same-day.

Production times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated transit times are as follows:

Domestic (United States)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International

Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days
Transit times vary by destination country and are not guaranteed

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via carriers selected by Printify, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other regional carriers depending on your location and the product ordered. Carrier selection is not guaranteed and may vary per order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving this email for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. TheraPrintz and Printify have no control over these charges and are unable to predict or cover their cost.

Customs processing may also cause additional delays beyond the estimated transit time.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. TheraPrintz is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately— we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in production.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within one month of your original estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please refer to our Final Sale Policy for eligibility details.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different Printify fulfillment centers. You may receive more than one tracking number. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
